Planting and Weather Watching
1st Feb 2022
We have been busy setting lots of new plants in our new plant boxes. Children had lots of fun getting their hands dirty!
We have also spent a week recording the weather. We went outside daily and used a thermometer to record the temperature , we felt the wind and watched the flag to see how strong it was, using the Beaufort Wind Scale, we also looked at the sky to see if it was cloudy or sunny. During our outdoor visits, we also fed the birds and spent some time listening to their song and spotting them.
