An exclusive tour of the Franciscan Friary
On a cold Friday morning we walked out to the recently closed Franciscan Friary. We were fortunate enough to get an exclusive tour of the Franciscan Friary Clonmel. We were studying stained glass windows for the past few weeks in school. The tour guide made us really appreciate the hard work put into stained glass windows. It was a great opportunity to see them in real life. We were given access to look around a lot of the rooms. The students got to draw a picture of their favourite thing inside the Franciscan Friary. I drew a food hatch. We walked back to school we would like to thank the people who showed us around.
